THE SWIMMING POOL AT CASA DA VOLTA HAS NO SURVEILLANCE. PLEASE BE AWARE, THAT IT IS THE GUESTS’ RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF THOSE WHO DO NOT KNOW HOW TO SWIM, ESPECIALLY CHILDREN.

SMOKING, IS ONLY PERMITTED OUTSIDE THE HOUSE WITH EXCLUSIVE USE OF AN ASHTRAY. OTHERWISE, THERE IS A HIGH POSSIBILITY OF CAUSING A FIRE THAT GUESTS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR.

THE USAGE OF THE HOUSE IS LIMITED TO THE NUMBER OF GUESTS SPECIFIED IN THE BOOKING CONDITIONS, OTHER PEOPLE FROM THE OUTSIDE ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE PROPERTY UNLESS AUTHORISED BY CASA DA VOLTA AHEAD OF THEIR VISIT.

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER: Casa da Volta and its owners, directors, management and employees shall not assume liability for any illness, injury or death to persons visiting the properties nor for any other incident of any nature involving any client(s) while they are on the property, nor while travelling to or from the properties. Casa da Volta and Ibirapuera Lda cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to private property, however it may be caused.

Cancellation fee policy:
• Cancellations 60 days or more* prior to arrival – 20% of total stay retained by Casa da Volta
• Cancellation 59 to 16 days* prior to arrival – 50% of total stay retained by Casa da Volta
• Cancellation 15 days* prior to arrival – 100% of total stay retained by Casa da Volta
Cancellations are only effective on receipt of written notification. To cancel a reservation please contact: firstname.lastname@example.org
The refund of any of the percentages written above, can take from 5 to 25 days after the cancelation depending on the bank.
No refunds are given for ‘no show’, vouchers, flight cancellations, delays or departure from the houses early or by any mistake on the booking process.
We reserve the right to modify, alter, or substitute all or any part of our services when reasonably necessary or advisable. Should this occur, we agree to provide the best alternative available.

Guest who planned to stay at Casa da Volta and there were prevented from staying because of Governamental restrictions due to Covid -19 may modify their reservation for a later date without any modification fees (subject to availability and applicable rates and conditions) or request a credit voucher for the full amount of the original booking value for use at a future date, (all at once or over several occasions), at Casa da Volta within 18 months of the voucher issue date. If, for the same Governmental restrictions, Casa da Volta is closed at the date of your stay, or if the Casa da Volta is not allowed to accommodate the guests based on official orders, you can cancel your reservation free of charge and receive a full refund.
